Eckhart Tolle 2

Only after someone came to him in the park and showed him a book was he able to correlate and contextualize what had happened to him to other people. The book was about the hindu tradition and described the experiences of awakening and enlightenment – something that Tolle had never heard issued from the mouth of another.

Before that point his awakening to truth was only an experience, moment to moment, only true in the now, how could such a thing be described in words. Yet he found that a great many people were seeking such an explanation and thus began his teaching career.

Now Tolle is offering seminars on his teachings which can be attended. There are also several books and audio series of his teachings available as well.
